I I ! I I I I I I I I I i I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-09-_ RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO BARBAROSSA & SONS, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95.13 (RAMSEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN EXTENSION) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on February 14, 1995; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Barbarossa & ~ons, Inc. for the Ramsey Elementary School sanitary sewer and watermain extension (Improvement Project g05-13); and WHEREA~, City Engineer Steve Jankowski has inspected and recommends partial payment to Barbar6ssa & Sons, Inc. in the amount of $182,458.38. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, A~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 2) 3) That the Ci~ Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Barbarossa & Sons, Inc. for the Ramsey El~mentary School sanitary sewer and watermain extension (Improvement Project #95-13) in the amount of $182,458.38. That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City AdministratOr to sign the release form for this payment. That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of September, 1995. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the gdoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember__ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of September, 1995.
