The following Council members were present: <br /> <br /> o'clock .m. in the <br />, Ramsey, Minnesota on <br /> <br /> members were absent: <br /> <br /> A motion to adopt the following resolution as made by Councilman __ <br /> and seconded by Councilman <br /> <br /> Resolution No.: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey was served with a Summons in Application <br />for Registration of Land regarding Robert J. Miller, Jr. and Carol A. Miller, husband and <br />wife, Anoka County Court File No. C5-92-7141; <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it was requested of the attorney of record, Joseph W. <br />Anderson of Jennings, DeWan & Anderson, P.A., that the City of Ramsey sign an Assent <br />of Parties in Interest; <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has no objections to the proceedings <br /> <br />in this matter. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> 1.
