I I I I I i I I I I I I I I ! I i I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-10-._ RESOLUTION;APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO H & M ASPHALT, INC. FOR THE 1995 STI~EET MAINTENANCE PROGRAM - DIVISION C (IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS #9fi-09 AND g95-10) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 25, 1995; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding'the bid to H & M Asphalt~ Inc. for the 1995 Street Maintenance Program'- Division C (Improvement Projects 105-.09 and #95-10); and WHERE/kS, City Engineer Steve Jankowsld has inspected the completed work and recommends final payment to H&M Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of $6,016.57. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, iANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the (2ity Council hereby authorizes final payment to H & M Asphalt, Inc. for the 1995 Street Maintenance Program - Division C (Improvement Projects g95-09 and g95-10) in the amount of $6,016.57. 2) 3) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of October, 1995. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember__ ~ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following rvoted against the same: and the following :abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 10th day of OCtober, 1995.
