I I I i I I I I I I ! I I ! I I I I I Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g95-10-... RESOLUTION ~APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO W.B. MILLER, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-11 (CONSTRUCTION OF RAMSEY BUSINESS PARK 95 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on March 28, 1995; and WHEREAS, on May 9, 1995, the City Council of the City of Ramsey a~topted Resolution g95-0/~-098 awarding the bid to W.B. Miller, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g95-11; and WHEREAS, previous payments have been made for Improvement Project g95-11 to W.B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $237,611.86. WHERE~S, the City Engineer has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $53,921.26. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to W.B. Miller, Inc. for the constmcti0n of Improvement Project g95-11 in the amount of $53,921.26. 2) 3) 4) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for th~'s partial payment. That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of October 1995. That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
