Properties has applied to rezone that part of PIN 34-32-25-14-0017 <br />lying south of Riverdale Drive N.W. from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />State law requires notification of a proposed rezoning to parcels within 350 feet of the subject <br />property. Staff~ notified properties within 500 feet of the subject property of the proposed <br />rezoning. ~ <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Prior to the City'~s extension of Riverdale Drive N.W., the subject property was one parcel with the <br />property now located on the north side of Riverdale Drive N.W. That part of the property on the <br />north side of Riv~erdale Drive will retain it's commercial zoning. <br /> <br />The parcel proposed to be rezoned meets the minimum area and dimensional requirements for a <br />single family residential lot in the Critical River corridor. The following items are enclosed for <br />your information: <br /> <br /> a) Site location map <br /> b) _Proposed f'mdings of fact <br /> c) Proposed ordinance <br /> <br />The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on October 3, 1995, and there were no <br />verbal or written!.comments submitted regarding the proposed rezoning. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff and the Planning Commission recommend approval of the proposed rezoning. <br />Council Action: <br /> AMr~ofi;tnRt~:solution #95-10- ~'~JaC4dopfing Findings of Fact #__ elating to a request from <br /> L.A.N.
