This damage to property is a minor concern compared to the threat to the lives of
little kids playing in the "right of way" of a snowmobile. As I have asked before, is the
city ready to answer to a parent or child ff there is an injury or worse?

In closing, I know that this amendment is not going to repair the damage to our
driveway and yard or that of any other resident in the city. All the tickets and
warnings you give out are not saying to the snowmobilers to stay OFF the boulevards
and driveways and farm fields. It is only saying that if they ride outside the boulevard
area they will be ticketed, if anyone can catch them. I would like an answer before the
snow flies as to what measures we can take to prevent snowmobiles from damaging
our driveway and boulevard area.

Sincerely,

Mickey Adams
