I I I I I Councilmember ~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-10-_ RESOLUTIONi APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO BONINE EXCAVATING FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-17 (SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM SEWER AND STREET CONSTRUCTION FOR THE RIVERS BEND 4TH ADDITION) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #95-06-128 approving this prqj.'.'ect on June 27, 1995; and WHERE&S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bonine Excaviting for the sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and street construction of Rivers Bend 4th Addition (Improvement Project ~)5-17); and WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski has inspected and recommends partial payment to Bonin~ Excavating in the amount of $114,767.80. NOW THEREI~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Bonine Excavating for the sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and street construction of Rivers Bend 4th Addition (Improvement Project #95-17) in the amount of $114,767.80. That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the mon~ th of October, 1995.
