Properties applied to rezone that part of PIN 34-32-25-14-0017 lying <br />south of Riverdal~t Drive N.W. from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />State law requires notification of a proposed rezoning to parcels within 350 feet of the subject <br />property. Staff n6tified properties within 500 feet of the subject property of the October 3, 1995 <br />Planning CommisSion public hearing. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The City Council adopted findings of fact and introduced an ordinance for the rezoning on October <br />10, 1995.
