Ramsey Fire Department <br />Report for September 1995 <br /> <br />1. Incident Calls <br /> <br />The Ramsey Fire Department responded to a total of 24 calls during the month of <br />september. The total YTD incidents the RFD has responded to is 178. The breakdown <br />of the calls is as follows: <br /> <br />Fire Related 15 <br />Rescue/Personal Injury <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />A detailed report of the incidents is provided later in the report. <br /> <br />2. Training <br /> <br />The follOWing training took place in the month of September: <br /> <br />09-20-95 <br /> <br />Medical in Service 2 hr <br />Medics Training <br /> <br />09-27-95 Hazmat Refresher 3 hr <br /> Anoka Tech College <br /> <br />The follOWing training is planned for October: <br /> <br />10-04-95 <br />l 0-18-95 <br />10-25-95 <br /> <br />Hose Test/Pump Training <br />AEC Trailer/Pump Information <br />Pump Certification <br /> <br />3. Major Maintenance <br /> -Engine #2 <br /> -Tank has been reinstalled <br /> -(2) 100 ff 1 3/4" Preconnects installed <br /> -Relief valve was rebuilt <br /> -Lights and Siren repaired <br /> -Wheels painted <br /> <br />-PAL repaired <br /> -All PAL's had batteries changed <br /> <br />-Apparatus floor <br /> -After talking to 3 different floor repair co's, it is agreed that the floor still <br /> has moisture in it and will continue to "pop" until the moisture is gone. <br /> At this point we recommend to limit the repair to a painting of the <br /> existing floor. <br /> <br /> <br />
