Applicants were asked to include a statement listing their reasons for seeking <br />appointment to the Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />Three letters of application were received and presented to the Park and Recreation Commission on <br />Thursday, October 12, 1995, at their regular Commission meeting. The Commission recommends the <br />appointment of Steve L. Ostrum as a Park and Recreation Commissioner with a term to expire October 31, <br />1997. Mr. Ostrum, while a relatively new resident to Ramsey, has an extensive background in community <br />involvement. <br /> <br />The Commission requests that formal approval be made by the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
