INTRODUCE <br /> <br /> CASE #'~,~ <br />ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOTS 1, 2, 3, <br /> BLOCK 1 BUSINESS PARK 95 <br /> By: Ryan Schroeder; City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On April 25, 1995, the City Council introduced and subsequently adopted an ordinance <br />authorizing th..~ sale of certain lots created in the Business Park 95 Addition. The formally <br />approved ordinance contained incorrect legal descriptions for the parcels to be sold.
