City Code establishes that site plan approvals are effective for one <br />year. <br /> <br />Since the approval in 1991, the City has granted 3 one-year extensions to the site plan for the <br />expansion. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On October 23, ;1995, the City received a written request from Bernie Vevea requesting an <br />additional extension to September 30, 1996 for the expansion to the Ve-Ve facility and installation <br />of site improvements. <br /> <br />City Code states that in the industrial district, the exterior facing finish on walls shall be 50% other <br />than metal.
