I I I i I I I I I I Counc/lmcmber , introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-11-_ RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE SITE PLAN FOR VE-VE, INC. WHEREAS, on October 22, 1991, the Ramsey City Council approved Ve-Ve, Inc.'s site plan for a 5,900 ~uare foot building expansion on the property which is legally described as follows: The south _200 feet of the north 200 feet of the West 220 feet of the east 880 feet of Lot 1, Auditors Subdivision No. 30, Anoka County, Minnesota; said distance being measured parallel to the north and east line of said Lot 1 together with an easement for road purposes over the north 50 feet of the east 880 feet thereof; all according to the map or plat on file or of record in the office of the register of deeds in and for Anoka County, Minnesota. The south 212.68 feet of the north 462.68 feet of the west 220 feet of the east 880 feet of Lot 1, Auditors Subdivision No. 30, Anoka County, Minnesota, together with an eaiement for road purposes over the west 33 feet of the north 412.68 feet of the east 913 feet and over the north 50 feet of the east 913 feet thereof according to the map for plat on file or of record in the office of the register of deeds in and for Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, the site plan development permit required that the site improvements be completed by J~hly 1, 1992; and WHEREAS, on Dece~ 8, 1992, the Ramsey City Council granted an extension to September 30, 1993 for the site plan development permit; and WHEREAS, on November 11, 1993, the Ramsey City Council granted an extension to September 30, 1994 for the site plan development permit; and WHEREAS, on January 10, 1995, the Ramsey City Council granted an extension to September 30, 19t)5 for the site plan development permit; and WHEREAS, Bernerd Vevea, President of Ve-Ve, Inc., has requested an additional one- year extension to the site plan development permit; and WHEREAS, performance standards for this type of development have not changed for this district since site plan approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the site plan approval for Ve-Ve, Inc. is hereby granted an extension to September 30, 1996, contingent upon the site plan being in conformance with current City Code.
