<br />
<br />If residential, state type and number of dwelling units.
<br />Furnish sufficient details for all types of usage in order to
<br />reveal the effect of the Subdivision development on traffic,
<br />f'ae protection and density of population;
<br />Source of water supply;
<br />Facilities for sewage disposal;
<br />Such other information as shall be requested by the
<br />planning commission or city engineer.

<br /> Final plat.
<br />
<br /> Subdivision 1.Procedure. Prior to the Council approval of a final plat,
<br /> ;procedures shall be followed:
<br />
<br /> a Following approval of the preliminary plat by the Council, the
<br /> zoning officer shall promptly notify the subdivider of said
<br /> approval m:d
<br /> ....... : ..... -~: ..... ~-. Within one (1) year following
<br /> approval of the preliminary plat, the subdivider shall ~e six (6)
<br /> copies of the final plat with the zoning officer. Thereafter, the
<br /> Council may extend the period upon written application by the
<br /> subdivider and subject to all applicable performance conditions
<br /> and requirements, or the Council may require submission of a
<br /> new application unless the Council finds that substantial activity
<br /> and investment has occurred in reasonable reliance on the
<br /> approved application and the subdivider will suffer substantial
<br /> f'mancial damage as a consequence of a requirement to submit a
<br /> new application. The final plat shall incorporate all changes
<br /> required by the Council/'

<br /> c. The zoning officer shall refer copies of the final plat to the City
<br /> Engineer and the city engineer and the zoning officer

<br /> be submitted ~ to the Council within -1-5 21 days
<br /> after the f'fling of the final plat with the zoning officer. In
<br /> the final plat report, the City Engineer shall state whether
<br /> the final plat and the improvements conform to the engineering
<br /> and design standards and specifications of the City.
