I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Counc/lmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~95-11-__ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION iAPPROVING 2ND PARTIAL PAYMENT TO H & M ASPHALT FOR <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT b'95-15 (CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER, <br /> WATERMAIN,~STORM SEWER AND STREETS TO SERVICE FOX KNOLL) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on June 27, <br /> 1995; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 25, 1995, the City Council of the City of Rarnsey adopted Resolution <br /> #95-07-159 awar~ng the bid to H & M Asphalt. for the construction of sanitary sewer and <br /> watermain, storm ~ewer and streets to service Fox Knoll (Improvement Project ~)5-15); and <br /> <br /> WHERE,~S, previous payment has been made for Improvement Project ~)5-15 to H & M <br /> Asphalt in the am(~unt of $64,436.12; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowsld has inspected the completed work and <br /> recommends parti~l~ payment to H & M Asphalt in the amount of $45,666.48. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, &NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to H & M Asphalt for the <br /> constmctiola of sanitary sewer and watermain, storm sewer and streets to service Fox Knoll <br /> (improvenient Project ~95-15) in the amount of $45,666.48. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council hereby ac~pts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br /> Administr~or to sign the release form for this payment. <br /> <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills <br /> for the month of November, 1995. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the ~doption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />__ and upon v!ote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following Were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said reSOlution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 14th day of Nogember, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
