W~ iEREAS, Amcor Precast, a division of Oldeastle Precast, Inc., hereinafter referred to is "Applicant", has properly applied for an Interim Use Permit for placement of a temporar~ office structure on the property generally known as 6640 Industry Avenue N.W. and 1~ gaily described as follows: Thc East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Toxmship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except that part thereof des{.'ribed as follows: commencing at the Northwest coruer of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the ~outhwest Quarter, thence South along the West line of the said East Half of the Sot~theast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 409.44 feet to the point of beginning; thence East at right angles 11 feet; thence South at right angles 264 feet; thence Welst at right angles to the West line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the [Southwest Quarter, thence North alOng said West line to the point of beginning. CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing pur:suant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on November 9, 1995 and thai said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public heffring are hereby incorporated by reference. That the subject property is located in the Business Warehouse District and is approximately 20 acres in size. That the surrounding parcels are also zoned Business Warehouse. That the Applicant leases the subject property from Royal Concrete Products, Inc. Thgt the Applicant is proposing to place a 24' x 60' modular office structure on the subject property. Thgt the Applicant has stated that the purpose of the temporary structure is to prOvide additional office space while assessing space needs and preparing a site plm to develop the site as a permanent location for the Applicant.
