I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />FOR A TEMPO[ <br /> <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> PROPOSED RESOLUTION #95-11- <br /> <br />APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT <br />ARY STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Amcor Pre. cast, tradename of Oldcastle Precast, Inc. has properly applied <br />for an interim use p~rmit for a temporary structure for the purposes of providing additional office <br />space on the prope~y~ generally known as 6640 Industry Avenue N.W. and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> The East H~If of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township <br /> 32, Range 2~, Anoka County, Minnesota, except that part thereof described as follows: <br /> Commenc~g at the Northwest comer of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the <br /> Southwest I~uarter; thence South along the West line of the said East Half of the Southeast <br /> Quarter of ~e Southwest Quarter 409.44 feet to the point of beginning; thence East at right <br /> angles 11 fe~t; thence South at right angles 264 feet; thence West at right angles to the West <br /> line of said[East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter;, thence North <br /> along said ?est line to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> ("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on November 9, 1995, conducted the public <br />hearing and reconufiended City Council approval of the request. <br /> ., <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAM~EY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact # , an interim use permit for a temporary structure is hereby <br /> granted to ~mcor Precast, hereinafter referred to as "Permit Holder", at 6640 Industry <br /> Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />This permit~ shall terminate on June 30, 1997. <br /> <br />The size, ~YPe of construction and placement of the temporary structure shall be in <br />accordance!with the one (1) sheet site plan attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />The temporary structure shall comply with all applicable Building Code and Fire Code <br />regulations~ and standards for such structures. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for <br />obtaining a~l necessary permits, including a building permit, prior to moving the structure <br />onto the prpperty. Said building permit will not be issued until ail financial obligations <br />relating to this permit and the application escrow account have been satisfied. <br /> <br />The Permi[ holder shall be responsible for ali City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this interim use permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by <br />the City anal failure to pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit <br />the City t6 draw upon any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. <br />Furthermo~, to ensure the timely removal of the temporary structure prior to the expiration <br />date of thi~permit, the Permit Holder shall maintain a minimum balance of $500.00 in the <br />applicatior/escrow account until such time as the permit has expired and/or the temporary <br />structure his been removed from the property. <br /> <br /> <br />
