10. 11. 12. 13. I4. 15. That no other heavy industrial uses in the area are required to regularlY clean City streets used to access their respective businesses. That the City has received no complaints regarding operations since the establishment of the Applicant's conditional use. That there are no residential properties affected by operations at the Applicant's facility. That the proposed amendment to the conditional use permit will not cause a substantial increase in traffic to and from thc area. That the proposed amendment to the conditional use permit will not cause the use to be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons worldng in the vicinity of the use, or to the public welfare. That if approved, the proposed amendment to the conditional use permit will not change the essential character of the area. That the proposed amendment to the conditional use permit will not cause the need for excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. That the proposed amendment to the conditional use permit will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials and equipment and conditions of operation that will be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare or odors. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the~ day of ,1995.
