The~ County feels the changes will result in an increase in the amount of allocation received from the s~ate each year.. Also, the two county, roads, within the city added to the system, C.R. #116 and C.R.t#83, run adjacent to areas of the city which are expected to develop within the near future. The County is asking the City of Ramsey to pass the attached resolution, as City support is necessary to faeilita~,e the change. Staff Recommendation: I recommend supp0rt~ of the County M.S.A. changes.
