The memo detailed the same level of service as had uring the 1995 season with a small increase in dollars. While Mr. Kerr nd of his memo regarding the program levels in conjunction with the comments at the expansion, the first :ime we had been contacted regarding increased funding to accommodate the expansion was on Nfovember 2, 1995. I explained that the ~maount of $14,809.00, as detailed in Mr. Kerr's memo, is currently included in the 1996 budget i~roposal. While it is possible to amend this funding level at any time, large increases would afl~ct other line items in the proposed budget. I also indicated to them that budget planning fo~ the next year begins in March and April and then is the appropriate time to make requests for .f~ding, whether at the same level or at higher levels. Addie Larson and J~ll Prall will be present at the meeting to discuss the programming needs and funding levels.
