I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~95-11- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO BONINE EXCAVATING FOR IMPROVEI~ENT PROJECT #95-18 (EXTENSION AND CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEVerER AND WATERMAIN TO RIVER/47 PLAZA ADDITION) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on July 11, 1995 by Resolution ~)5-07-145; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~)5-09-210 awarding the bid tO Bonine Excavating for the extension and construction of sanitary sewer and watermain to River/47 Plaza Addition (Improvement Project ~)5-18); and WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski has inspected the completed work and recommends partial!payment* to Bonine Excavating in the amount of $95,991.88. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, -~ OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 2) 3) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Bonine Excavating for the extension ~d construction of sanitary sewer and watermain to River/47 Plaza Addition (Improvement Project ~)5-18) in the amount of $95,991.88. ? That the C!ty Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrati)r to sign the release form for this payment. That the total, amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of November, 1995. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the ~option of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following vOted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following Were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of NoVember, 1995.
