Draft 11/24/95 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Exhibit C <br /> <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> FIRST SATE.BANK OF ISANTI <br /> <br />On ., 1995, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to First Su.te Bank of Isanti, CPermittee") to construct a square <br />foot manufacturing facility consisting of square feet of manufacturing space <br />and : square feet of office space ("Structure") on the property which is legally <br />described as show~ in Exhibit A ("Site"). <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />This approval is islued pursuant to {}9.03.06 of the. City Code. The conditions of this approval are <br />as follows: <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or~ architect. <br /> <br />STATE .B~UILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall .be constructed in <br />accordancdwith the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PL&N COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown oh the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee, wkich Site Plan consists of the listed <br />documents}m Exhibit B. ' <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following ~ite 'maprovements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location <br />as shown o~t the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />Bi, ruinous driveways and maneuvering areas <br />Co~icrete curbing <br />Si~ grading <br />Sod and seed <br />Establishment of new trees and relocation of existing trees <br />Fir6 lanes <br /> <br />ge <br /> <br />FIRE L~NES. Fire lanes shall be raalntained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on We Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />LIGHTI~NG. Any lighting installed on the structure or in th~ parking lot shall be <br />designed'sO as tb deflect light away from State Highway g47 (St. Francis Boulevard <br />Northwest). , ' ....... <br /> <br />BUILDING FACADE. The Permittee agrees to construct all building faces of the same <br />material as!listed on the Site Plan as certified by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />FINANCi, AL ASSISTANCE. (g) The City will provide the following financial <br />assistance !o the Developer of the Development Property. This assistance will be a total of <br />Thirty-eight Thousand Dollars ($38,000).
