The conditions of this approval are <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br /> engineer o~ architect. <br /> <br />STATE I~UILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be consu-ucted in <br />accordan~ with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown .~n the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee, which Site Plan consists of <br />( ) sheets dated .____._, 1996, Revision <br /> , , 1{}96. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following bite improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location <br />as shown On the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />g. <br />h. <br />i. <br /> <br />Bi'ruinous driveways and maneuvering areas <br />Concrete curbing <br />Site grading <br />Sog and seed <br />Establishment of new trees and relocation of existing trees <br />Fire lanes <br /> <br />The ("Required Improvements)". <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />LIGHTING. Any lighting install.ed on the structure or in the parking lot shall be <br />designed sO as to deflect light away from Uranium Street and McKinIey Street Northwest. <br /> <br />BUILDING FACADE. The Permittee agrees to construct all building faces of the same <br />material aS listed on the Site Plan as certified by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />Page 24. <br /> <br /> <br />
