This approval is isgued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: 1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer o~ architect. STATE I~UILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be consu-ucted in accordan~ with the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site as shown .~n the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee, which Site Plan consists of ( ) sheets dated .____._, 1996, Revision , , 1{}96. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following bite improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown On the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: as g. h. i. Bi'ruinous driveways and maneuvering areas Concrete curbing Site grading Sog and seed Establishment of new trees and relocation of existing trees Fire lanes The ("Required Improvements)". o FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. LIGHTING. Any lighting install.ed on the structure or in the parking lot shall be designed sO as to deflect light away from Uranium Street and McKinIey Street Northwest. BUILDING FACADE. The Permittee agrees to construct all building faces of the same material aS listed on the Site Plan as certified by the Zoning Administrator. Page 24.
