Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt Resolution g05-09-223 adopting assessment for Improvement Project g95-04 (Sea/coat and crack fill to 153/155 Avenues, C.R. #5 to C.R. #56). Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Beahen and Zimme...-man. Voting No: None. #5: 95-05: Sealcoat and Crack Fill to Nature View Addition Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:20 p.m. in order to conduct the public hearing.
