Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beyer, Beahen <br />and PeteOon. Voting No: None. <br />Case #1~: Report from Finance Committee <br /> <br />#1: D~elare Surplus Property <br /> <br />Finance (~)fficer Hart stated that the Finance Committee met earlier this evening and <br />discusse~ surplus properties. The Committee recommended adoption of the resolution <br />declaring ithe following property surplus: 1990 Ford Crown Victoria, 1982 Ford L-8000 <br />2-1/2 ton.jdump truck with plow and wing, 1985 Chevrolet utility pick-up, two 1989 Ford <br />Crown V~torias and a 1987 Chevrolet Caprice. <br /> <br />Motion b~ Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to adopt <br />Resolutioh #95-09-232 declaring surplus property and authorizing the sale of same. <br /> <br />Motion c~-ried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beyer, Beahen, Peterson <br />and Zimr~ennan. Voting No: None. <br />#2: AOthorize Architectural Services <br />Finance Officer Hart explained that there have been changes to the schematics for the police <br />building. !All have been reviewed by and agreed upon by the Police Department. <br /> <br />Motion by,[ Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to authorize the <br />City A~strator to solicit consmaction bids relating to the Police facility, including the <br />architectu~, pursuant to the design as amended. <br /> <br />Motion c~.wied. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councflmembers Beyer, Beahen, Peterson <br />and Zimr~ierman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />#3: Pi'operty Acquisition <br /> <br />Finance 0f~ ricer Hart stated that the Finance Committee discussed that the City is currently <br />negotiatin~ on various parcels of property necessary for sewer and water extension on <br />Sunwoodl Drive and to the Ramsey Elementary School. There are no signed agreements; <br />however, ~e City has received verbal agreements. The Committee recommended acquiring <br />the propei'ties. <br /> <br />Motion I:F Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to <br />authorize i, the property acquisitions of the Altron Parcel, Bury & Carlson and Kurak <br />parcels, i <br /> <br />Motion ca~rried.
