Members Present: The Ramsey l~,inance Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 24, 1995, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Also Present: Mayor Glen Hardin Councilmember Carolyn Beahen Councilmember Sheila Beyer Councilmember Kenneth Peterson Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman City Administrator Ryan Schroeder Finance Officer Jessie Hart City Engineer Steve Jankowski CALL TO OItDER Councilmembe t' Peterson called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 6:05 p.m. ~ CITIZEN INPUT None CONSENT *GENDA None APPROVE ~GENDA Consensus waS~ to approve the agenda as presented. COMMITTgE BUSINESS Case #1: proposed 1996 - 2001 Capital-Improvement Program Finance Office~ Hart reported that she has been working on the cash flows but some "massaging" s.flll has to be done as the cash flows will not support all of the programs. She stated she ~vill be working on it this week and will be sending it out to the Committee. The CIP will b~ placed on the November 14, 1995 Council agenda· Motion by Ma~or Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to table approving the 1996 - 2001 CIP to November 14, 1995. Case #2: iUpdate on New Public Works Facility City Engineer iJankowski stated that a $280,000 budget was established for the Public Works facilit3!.
