APPLICATION FOR A <br />PREMISE PERMI?I' FOR LAWFUL GAMBLING AT THE LIGHTHOUSE GRILL AND <br />BAR <br /> <br /> WHEREASi CLIMB Theatre, Inc. has applied for a premise permit for gambling at The <br />Lighthouse Bar and Grill, 6937 Highway #10 N.W., Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREASi CLIMB Theatre, Inc. is a theater company from St. Paul, Minnesota; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS; CLIMB Theatre, Inc. has requested Council waive the 30-day notice <br />provision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS:~ the Gambling Control Board Division of the Department of. Gaming <br />requires the City of Ramsey adopt a resolution specifically approving or denying the application. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFOP~E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOIC/k~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Ramse¥ City Council hereby approves the premise permit application for CLIMB <br /> Theatre, Inc. to ,~perate lawful gambling at The Lighthouse Bar and Grill, 6937 Highway #10 <br /> N.W., Ramsey. ! <br /> <br /> ; <br />2. That the Ramsey City Council agrees to waive the 30:day notice provision. <br /> <br />3. That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the Finance Officer to sign the application <br /> and any other d~cuments required by the Minnesota Gambling Control Board. <br /> <br />The motion for the .;adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upbn vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
