I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />'! <br /> <br />Councilmember ' <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #95-12- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1995, PAYABLE 1996, MUNICIPAL TAX LEVY <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUN~'Y OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the fo~owing levies for assessed 1995, payable 1996, be levied upon the taxable <br /> property in ~aid City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following <br /> purposes: <br /> <br /> GENERAL~_ LEVY <br /> Fund 101: Qeneral Fund - General Operations <br /> Fiscfl Disparity Transfer (as certified) $ 326,723 <br /> HAGA (as certified) 505,839 <br /> Collected as Property Tax 1.387.908 $ 2,220,470 <br /> <br /> DEBT SERVICE LEVY <br /> Special Assessment Obligations <br /> Fund 317: 1989A G.O. Debt Service $ 4,668 <br /> Fund 321: 1992B G.O. Debt Service 5.112 9,780 <br /> <br /> DRAINAG~ DISTRICT LEVY <br /> Rum River '.Drainage District 28.000 <br /> TO~AL CERTIFIED LEVIES $ 2,258,250 <br /> <br />2) That this final levy does not exceed the Proposed Levy adopted September 13, 1995. <br /> <br />3) That this fir[al levy is being adopted as a result of the Public Budget Hearing held for the <br /> purpose of ~earing the opinions of Ramsey residents on the proposed budget and amount <br /> of property ~taxes. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That the Qity Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution tO the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Thursday, December 28, <br />1995, for thb purpose of complying with Truth-In-Taxation. <br /> <br />That the motion '.for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember . and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br /> <br />
