The property is located in the northwest comer of the <br />intersection of Mc ~inley Street and Uranium Street N,W. The site will have one access onto each <br />street. In addition, the surroUnding parcels <br />are zoned Industrialfand this development would have no peculiar impact on any adjacent industrial <br />property. Therefor4 no notice of the pending development to adjacent parcels was necessary. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The proposed proj Bt meets City Code requirements for lot coverage, setbacks, architectural <br />standards, landsealc lng, and waste storage. Identification of paved and curbed off-street parking, <br />driveways, loading and maneuvering areas was erroneously omitted fr6m the site plan. E.D.M. <br />will be supplying th e City with a corrected version. <br /> <br />As a result of eom ~aents from the Planning Commission, the type of exterior lighting used is <br />subject to the prior pproval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />The drainage will be handled by a detention pond constructed on the southeast comer of the <br />property, which cant be expanded and incorporated into a regional stormwater system. <br /> <br />The Business Park !}5 Architectural Review Board will not be implemented until January of 1996, <br />however, the site pl m does meet the standards egtablished in the Business Park 95 Covenants. <br /> <br />Reeommendatio~i. <br /> <br />The Planning Comrhission and City Staff recommend site plan appi'oval. <br /> <br /> Council Aktion: <br /> <br /> Motion to: r <br /> Grant site p .l,3n approval to Automated E.D.M. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />CC: <br /> <br />City Engineer <br />12/12/95 <br /> <br /> <br />
