CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />AUTOMATED E.D.M., INCORPORATED <br /> <br />Exhibit C <br /> <br />On December 12, 1995, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to <br />Automated E.D.M., Inc., ("Permittee") to construct a 12,576 square foot office and <br />manufacturing facility consisting of ("Sumcture") on the property which is legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lot X, Block X, Business Park 95 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This apprOval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this <br />approval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be <br />constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on <br />the Site as shown on the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee, which Site Plan was <br />prepared by BDH & Young and consists of one (1) sheet dated November 28, <br />1995, Revision Date , t995. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The permittee shall construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />location as'shown on the Site Plan and Landscape Plan. The Required <br />Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />Bituminous driveways, off-street parking and maneuvering areas <br />B-612 concrete curbing <br />Site grading in accordance with the Grading Plan prepared by BDH & <br />Young, consisting of one (1) sheet dated November 28, 1995. <br />Establishment of turf, trees and shrubs, and irrigation system in accordance <br />with the Landscape Plan prepared by BDH & Young, consisting of one (1) <br />sheet dated November 28, 1995. <br />Fire lanes <br /> <br />The ("Required Improvements)". <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of <br />these items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />LIGHTING.
