I I I I I I I I i I I I I I_ I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-12- RESOLUTION 13 RANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF PHILLIPS ADDITION TO RAMSEY WI-IEREAS, the City of Ramsey desires to extend Sunwood Drive NW in an east/west direction through property owned by Alan C. Phillips; and WItEREA$~ the City of Ramsey has agreed to plat the Phillips property served by the road extension in oSer to receive dedicated right-of-way for the extension; and [ WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for final pla~ approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part or'he Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW 1/4 of SE 1/4) of Section Tw~[nty-seven (27), Township Thirty-two (32), Range Twenty-five (25), lying WES'~__.RLY of ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT No. 8 and NORTH of the South 420.51 feet of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Q~)axter as measured along the west line thereof. AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission, on December 5, 1995, approved the sketch plan of l~hillips Addition to Rarnsey and directed City Staff to proceed to the final plat stage; and r WHEREA~ the City's development of transportation trails in the area shall satisfy park dedication requireme~ nts. NOW THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TI-IE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, A~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ra~' sey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Phillips Addition to Ramsey.
