Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-10- RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 1995 AUDITING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY AND CITY OF RAMSEY FIRE FIGHTER'S RELIEF ASSOCIATION WHEREAS, the auditing firm of Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich and Company, P.A., has submitted an engagement letter which confirms the basic services to be performed in the upcoming audit for the year ended December 31., 1995; and WHEREAS, staff recommends the fkrm of Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich and Company, P.A., be retained for the year ended December 31, 1995 financial audit at a not- to-exceed cost of $13,850 for the City of Ramsey and $1,250.00 for the City of Ramsey Fire Fighter's ReliefAssociation; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby appoints the firm of Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich and Company, P.A., as the auditing firm for the City of Ramsey for the year ended December 31, 1995 at a not-to-exceed price of $13,850. 2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby appoints the finn of Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich and Company, P.A., as the auditing firm for the City of Ramsey Fire Fighter's Relief Association for the year ended December 31, 1995 at a not-to-exceed price of $1,250.00.
