CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE SELLING CERTAIN PUBLIC <br />RAMSEY, ;ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />LAND IN THE CITY OF <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />This ordinan~ is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of <br />the City of Ramsey, Section 12.5. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. PROPERTY TO BE SOLD <br /> <br />The following described public properties are hereby to be sold: <br /> <br />Outlot B, Business Park 95 Addition <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />AT, at part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 32, Range 25, <br /> goka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast <br />comer of said Northwest Quarter, thence West along the North line thereof for <br />51~ rods; thence south parallel with the east line of said Northwest Quarter to the <br />NOrth line of the Burlington Northern Railway right-of-way as now located; <br />thbnce easterly along said north line of the Burlington Northern Railway right- <br />of~way to the south line of said Northwest Quarter; thence east along said south <br />lir~e to the Southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter;, thence north along the <br />ea3t line of said Northwest Quarter to the place of beginning. EXCEPT the east <br />ten rods thereof AND EXCEPT that part of the Northwest Quarter of Section <br />35, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />COmmencing at a point of the north line of said Northwest Quarter lying 165 <br />feet east of the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter;, thence west along <br />the north line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 500 feet; thence south <br />pajrallel with the east line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 726 feet; <br />thence east parallel with the north line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of <br />500 feet; thence north parallel with the east of said Northwest Quarter to the <br />point of beginning. Containing approximately 5.01 acres. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
