This has been the practice the past <br />few years. <br /> <br />In the event that ;ouncil does elect not to have a second meeting in December, due to the <br />activity levels this ~,ear, Staff requests that the Council keep one evening available for a possible <br />meeting before the ~end of the year. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />If Council plans to cancel the second meeting in December, the following motion is necessary: <br /> <br />Motion to cancel the second meeting in December and direct Staff to post such notice at City <br />Hall. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Regardless if couhcil does or does not have a second meeting in December, the following <br />motion is necessary: <br /> <br />Motion to designal~e Councilmember to come into City Hall on December 28, 1995 <br />to review all appro~,ed bills for payment prior to year end. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Officer ~ <br /> <br />CC: 12/12/95 <br /> <br /> <br />
