<br />· .. WHEKEAS, the County State Aid I-~hway Screening Board has recommended major
<br /> rev~sio'ns to the Anoka County State Aid System and the addnion of 17.136 miles of Count)., Stale
<br /> Add H/ghway in the Count), of Anoka, and;

<br /> WHEREAS, these revision~ will put the Count), of Anoka in a position to receive increased
<br />funding under thc Count-), State AJd Highwa), System through increased raileages and increased
<br />needs for those segments recommended by the Screening Board, mud; - .

<br /> WPIEREAS, Jt is Anoka Court .ty's custom to utilize its State Aid dollar,~ in the best interest
<br />of the travelling public within the Count), of Amoka amd State Add dollars are not designated to
<br />an), roadway in particular for future ~onstruction, and;

<br />(Old Counu State Aid Highway 18) to County State A/d Highway :17
<br />(Lexinuon Avenue ]',rE) be desi~ated as County State Aid Highway 116.
<br />The len~h of thk segment is 8.7~5.rniles.

<br />Circle Pines, Blaine, Ham Lake and Andover.
