Thc residential <br />charge would b~ coll~cted upon platting, while thc commercial trunk charges collected at the time a <br />building permit is issued. <br />The City Council m,~y also wish to follow thc process utilized i~ Prior Lake and Savage and <br />require a trunk fcc on each building permit.
