Motion by CommiSsioner Skinner and seconded by Co-Chair Cook for Commissioner Skinner to draft a thank you le~tter to Ms. Nevison. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Co-Chair Cook, Commissioners Asfahl, Johns, Skinner. Voting No: None. Absent: None. LaMere and Mr. Boos informed the Commission that Commissions recommendations to the Chapter 9 amendments would be addressed by Council on November 14. Mr. Ostmm attended the Ramsey Youth Athletic Association (RYAA) Board meeting, not as a representative of the Park and Recreation Commission, but as an individual, to attempt to ascertain their needs. He said he was made to feel very welcome, and emphasized the need for RYAA to provid~ input regarding data and financial projections for Park and Recreation Commissions use. Mr. Boos indicated talks were still being held with Federal Cartridge regarding the land adjacent to Central Park. Next Park and R~reation Commission Meeting The next regular p~k and Recreation Commission meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, December 14, 1995, at the Municipal Center.
