Commissioner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g95-05- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE, BASED ON <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT # , AND DECLARING TERMS OF VARIANCE TO <br />CONSTRUCT AN A-C'C~SSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT <br />PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY <br />GEN~ERALLY KNOWN AS 14840 BOWERS DRIVE N.W. <br /> <br />The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br />than sixty-five (65) feet from the centerline of Bowers Drive N..W. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. <br /> <br />That the pennittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administeriag and enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />That this variance will not require a certificate of survey for the construction of the <br />accessory structure. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br /> anCl upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the <br />24th day of May, 1995. <br /> <br />Luther and Nancy.Olson hereby acknowledge receipt of this variance and that they have reviewed <br />the terms of the variance and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of the variance. <br /> <br />Luther Olson <br /> <br />Nancy Olson <br /> <br />q <br /> <br /> <br />
