Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #95 -06- <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br />WHEREAS, Jeffrey and Teri Wise have properly applied for a variance to construct an <br />accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property <br />generally known as 7901 165th Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 3, Block 3, Trott Brook Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property" ); <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on June 21, 1995, <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #L_, a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the <br />front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted <br />2. The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br />than one hundred fifteen (115) feet from the front property line. <br />3. That the permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br />4. That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. <br />5. That the permittee and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this variance. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof. <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the <br />21st day of June, 1995. <br />P/1 <br />
