NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey Board of Adjustment will hold a public <br />hearing on Wednesday, June 21, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Jeffrey Wise for a variance to <br />construct an accessory garage nearer the front property line than the home on the property generally <br />known as 7901- 165th Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 3, Block 3, Trott Brook Ridge, Anoka County, MN <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for a <br />variance. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon <br />advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be <br />available. Any person with such a request should contact Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik at <br />427 -1410 by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 15, 1995. There is a TDD machine at Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, the number is 427 -8591. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning <br />Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
