CASE <br /> <br />REVIEW SECTION 12.$ OF CITY CHARTER <br />SALES OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> By: City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Following this ease sheet is a memorandum from City Attorney Goodrich regarding his <br />review of Section 12.5 of the City Charter. Please review Mr. Goodrich's memo and be <br />prepared to disc/~ss it at the meeting. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich recommends that Section 12.5 be deleted entirely from the City Charter. If <br />that is the Ch 'ai-ter's desire, a proposed ordinance is enclosed for your review and <br />introduction. Y6u may wish to schedule a meeting relatively soon to recommend adoption <br />of such ordinarice.
