This year, as was the case last year, the EDC is soliciting bids <br />for hosting the event', from both of the golf courses located in our community. The 1994 event was <br />held on Tuesday, Atlgust 23, 1994, and was the largest turnout ever; Based upon this success, we <br />would like to hold this year's event during'the week of August 25, 1995. This year's, event will <br />again include a dinner following the golf tournament. <br /> <br />The bids should be based upon the following requirements: <br /> <br />1) <br />2) <br />3) <br />4) <br />5) <br /> <br /> 18 holes of golf (best-ball scramble format) <br />. Two carts per foursome <br />. Dinner selection, $8 to $10 range . <br /> Date of the event <br /> Total cost per golfer $ <br /> <br /> In past years, the cost per golfer has been kept to $50.00, including an allowance for door prizes. <br /> This year, it is anticipated that the cost per golfer should not exceed the $50.00 limit.
