Cartridge Rework Service February 9, 1995

Cartridge Rework Service remanufactures toner cartridges for a variety of different printers and
copying machines. The business started about five to six years ago at a private residence in the
City of Anoka. The business owners, Joe and Linda Garske, then entered into discussions with
various building owners and the City of Anoka as to possible relocation sites. After these
negotiations stalled, they decided to acquire space in the Ramsey Business Park (Sharp Building).
They are currently occupying a total of 2,313 square feet of space.

In the future, they would tike to expand up to 5,000 to 10,000 square feet which would give them
enough space to add a line of copiers for sales and service. The City should keep this in mind if
any additional buildings in this general size become available. They have indicated that a larger
building may also work, with them renting out any additional space that they would not currently
need. Both Joe and Linda indicated a strong interest in becoming more involved in community
events such as the Business Appreciation Day and the Ramsey Business Expo.

T & J Associates Printing, Inc.

February 23, 1995

T & J Associates Printing, Inc. act as brokers for printing services for various businesses located
in the Metropolitan Area. They currently occupy a total of 1,878 square feet of space in the
Ramsey Business Park (Sharp Building). This space is used for both office and warehouse space.
The warehouse area is basically used to store printed materials that are awaiting delivery.

One of the advantages of their service is that they deliver what you need, when you need it and
how you need it. They are currently in the process of securing a new contract with a medical clinic
group that would require them to expand to over 6,000 square feet. They also may be interested in
a larger building and renting out the extra space. They have spoken with the rental agent for the
business park who has indicated that additional space could be made available as required. This
space would generally be under a two-year lease. Dan also indicated a strong interested in the
Business Appreciation Day, as his father (company founder) is an avid golfer. This would be a
good time for him to meet with other businesses in the City that may be able to use his services or
perhaps provide him with services.

/ccr

10
