The Ramsey Economic <br />Development Commission has accepted your bid to host the event. The Commission is <br />planning to conduct the event on Wednesday, August 23, 1995, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:30 <br />p.m., with the meal being served between 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />We would like to offer the participants a choice of either the chicken breast or top sirloin <br />steak. The event will have people participating in only the meal portion of the event; <br />therefore, we request you provide a price that reflects a charge for dinner only. <br /> <br />I am enclosing the signed contract, for your review, reflecting these requirements for the <br />event. If this contract is acceptable, please contact me and I will forward a check to you for <br />the required down payment. <br /> <br />Congratulations on hosting the 1995 Business Appreciation Day event.
