The crew is running water lines for cleanmp activities which was not
completed as of last week. The Public Works Supervisor is working on the floor issue
which may have to be amended to include a floor drain. The water accumulates on the
floor from the trucks being brought in. There will be possibly two drains recommended.
Mr. Mevissen bas talked to a number of contractors about this problem and is currently
working up requests for proposals. We will also be proposing some exterior
improvements to the facility this spring.

Councilmember Beyer stated she was concerned about the floor drains for safety reasons
and is pleased this is being considered..

2) Update on Spacing Needs

Upon request for a spacing needs update, City Administrator Schroeder reported that we
are proposing, conceptually, that the Police Department may be able to meet some of their
space needs by moving downstairs to the Senior's area. We are looking at whether or not
it's feasible because of the Federal funds that went into that area.
