PROPOSAL <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Pelstring: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey would like to meet with you and your clients representing Vending Ad-Vantage. The City <br />can provide many opportunities for young and growing companies, including a pro-active City Council, and <br />fiscally responsible management, resulting in one of the lowest tax rates in the Metropolitan Area. This financial <br />stability has allowed the City to develop a wide range of unique assistance packages to facilitate the needs of most <br />companies. <br /> <br />At this stage of your client's development, the City would recommend that Vending Ad-Vantage rent space in the <br />Ramsey Business Park building. This facility was constructed with City assistance to reduce the rent from what <br />would normally be expected with a new facility, The facility has bays ranging from 1,000 square feet to over <br />2,700 square feet in size. The bays allow for future expansion to facilitate the company as it continues to grow. <br />After the company has strongly established itself in the marketplace, during the first 12 months, the City and <br />Vending Ad-Vantage would then develop a plan for future facility requirements. This schedule would be <br />effective, as the City has generally seen a six-month building schedule for new buildings in the 10,000 to 15,000 <br />square foot range. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your review is the following information: <br /> <br />1) <br />2) <br />3) <br /> <br />Community Profile <br />Brochure for Ramsey Business Park Building <br />Tax Increment Financing and Revolving Loan Guidelines <br /> <br />This information should assist you in your continuing site selection process.
