SEP Z8 '95 0B:58 RANDALL DEHNGOODRICH P.373 <br /> <br />Ramsey City council <br />Page 2 <br />September 20, 1995 <br /> <br />Commercial motor vehicles and commercial equipment <br />may be stored outside only under the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />The vehicles and/or equipment shall be screened <br />to a degree of 100% opacity -from adjacent <br />parcels, public property or rights of way. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The vehicles and/or equipment shall be stored <br />only on the side yard or rear yard of the <br />subject property and said items shall be stored <br />only on a bituminous paved, concrete, con bit <br />or prepared gravel or other City approved <br />equivalent surface. <br /> <br />In addition, I recommend tha% once the Council has directed its <br />policy on this subject, that the entire Section 5.12 be redrafted <br />into a more understandable format. <br /> <br />Finally, if the proposed Chapter 5 amendments are made, any <br />inconsistent provisions in the City Code, and particularly those <br />found in the Zoninq Chapter, Chapter 9, will need to be amended <br />accordingly. <br /> <br /> <br />
