CASE # ~ <br />AUTHORIZE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR ONE COMMERCIAL TURF <br />MOWER WITH 12' CUTTING SWATH <br /> By: Jessie Hart, Finance Officer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Included in the 1~995 Adopted General Fund Budget is $26,500 for the purchase of one commercial <br />turf mower with~a 12' cutting swath. This purchase is a new addition to the mowing fleet andis <br />anticipated to provide enhanced maintenance flexibility and extend the life of the existing 6' <br />mowers. <br /> <br />Due to the estiniated cost of this piece of equipment, it is necessary that we comply with the <br />statutory bidding requirements. Therefore it is necessary that sealed bids be solicited for the <br />purchase of this lawn mower.
