Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #95-01-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT <br />COMMERCIAL TURF MOWER <br /> <br />FOR BIDS ONE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, included in the 1995 Adopted General Fund Budget was the purchase of <br />one commercial tuff mower at a total price of $26,500.00; and <br /> <br /> WHERES, it is necessary for the City to proceed with the requirements under the <br />statutory bidding laws; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Finance Committee approved this recommendation and hereby <br />recommends that Rarnsey City Council recommended the advertisement of bids. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the solicitation of bids for the purchase of <br />one commercial turf mower, <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 24th day of January, 1995, <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Ciu, Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
