The per dwelling <br />unit cash contribution may still correlate with single family rates. <br /> <br />Observation: <br /> <br />The park and Reqreation Commission should have a general discussion on recreation and open <br />space requiremenls for townhomes or apartment-type developments. In addition, the Commission <br />should identify t~e other issues that may need to be resolved differently than for single family <br />homes Example may determining <br /> ,. ~.. include: whether children will either walk or ride the bus for <br />purposes of coml~m~ng the bus stop and recreation/open space site in a safe area, or identifying <br />potential garden s~ace to encourage a "wholesome family activity". <br /> <br />Commission A~tion: <br /> <br />Develop a consensus on primary recreation and open space issues.
